Carlos is a Director in the Health and Safety division at U.S. Compliance, bringing over 20 years of experience supporting clients across the U.S. and Mexico. He specializes in OSHA compliance, helping organizations navigate inspections, conduct post-incident investigations, and develop effective abatement plans. With a background in microbiology and experience in healthcare and the chemical industry, Carlos combines strong technical knowledge with a practical approach to workplace safety.

Mike is a Principal EHS Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs across construction, manufacturing, and mining operations. He brings strong leadership and expertise in OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management, air permitting, and NFPA 70E electrical safety. Mike holds a degree in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and multiple respected industry certifications.
