Meet the Speaker

Connie Headshot

Connie Van Raalte, PHR

Connie spent the last 15 years in onsite human resources and safety management, ensuring the safety and health of individuals in general industry throughout the Mankato, Minnesota area. She is responsible for managing the Safety Training Center (STC), offering a variety of in-person and virtual safety classes. She is passionate about helping clients develop and sustain positive work cultures. In addition to earning a certification as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University and has her Professional Human Resources (PHR) accreditation.
